Shipping Policy 

The following policy applies to shipping for purchased from Katata Cat Corp. on katatacat.com.  

Order Processing: 

Normal order processing can take between 1-3 business days (Monday – Friday). 

Shipping Delivery: 

We deliver to all 48 contiguous states:  

Standard shipping: $7.99  

Express shipping: $13.99  

Next-day shipping: $24.99  

Standard shipping does not include express or next-day shipping. Please allow additional transit time for rural and remote locations. Unfortunately, we do not offer express shipping services to PO Box addresses. Additionally, international shipping is not available from the US.  

Orders being shipped to a P.O. Box address will be delivered by Standard Delivery only and are excluded from the expedited shipping options. 

Standard Shipping: 

Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 3 – 5 business days depending on delivery location. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2 – 5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $15 delivery fee. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from Free Shipping promotions. All orders must have a valid street address. 

Express shipping: 

Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Express shipping delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am EST on a business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 3 business days. All orders must have a valid street address. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii. 

Next Day Shipping: 

Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00am EST on a business day, and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00am EST will be processed on the following business day, and should arrive in 2 business days. All orders must have a valid street address. Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. This method is not available for Alaska or Hawaii.
